- Oversees the overall procedures of foreign sales and service agents of the organization.
- Manages the export process of the firm, ensuring that the products meet the standards of the destination country.

- Coordinate and perform the quality control activities required for each project and to develop a standard QA/QC plan.
- Assist in setting up, maintaining, upgrading and improving the Quality Plan, Procedures and Work Orders.

- Facilitate quality improvement and problem solving programs.
- Overall responsible to lead a team of QA Lab Assistants/ Inspectors to perform the IPQC and QA Outgoing Inspection activities to ensure the quality of the products/ work at site meet customer requirements.
- Compile and review daily, weekly and monthly quality performance report.
- Carry out any other functions as requested by superior.
- Must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Food Science & Technology/ Nutrition/Dietetics or equivalent.

- Oversee full spectrum of Human Resource function in recruitment, total compensation, industrial relations, training and staff welfare including foreign workers.
- Plan and Develop manpower planning and strategies.
- Plan, conductor and coordinate relevant training courses.
- Continuously manage and improve alignment between rewards strategies and with corporate objectives to ensure the Company gains competitive advantage from effective reward management.
- Keep abreast of external market information and analysis.
- Provide support and advice on all matters regarding local employment laws involving recruitment, grievance handling, discipline and other human resource matters.
- Perform routine administration work.
- Possess a least a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management.
- At least 5 year(s) experience in manufacturing industry.
- Must be computer literate.
