• Oversees the overall procedures of foreign sales and service agents of the organization.

• Yearly Vendor Evaluation according to ISO 22000 standard.

• Responsible for the monthly and year-end audit schedules.
• Responsible for Accounts Receivable, monitoring credit control and customers’ collections.
• Responsible for weekly and month Debtors’ ageing reports to Sales & Marketing Department.

• Facilitate quality improvement and problem solving programs.
• Overall responsible to lead a team of QA Lab Assistants/ Inspectors to perform the IPQC and QA Outgoing Inspection activities to ensure the quality of the products/ work at site meet customer requirements.
• Compile and review daily, weekly and monthly quality performance report.
• Carry out any other functions as requested by superior.
• Must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Food Science & Technology/ Nutrition/Dietetics or equivalent.

• Oversee full spectrum of Human Resource function in recruitment, total compensation, industrial relations, training and staff welfare including foreign workers.
